What happens if you have an unhealthy lifestyle

Eat junk food. When you are stressed, a burger or pizza may sound good at the time but it is important to know what these types of foods are doing to your body over time. Consider swapping out fast food for whole grains, lean meats, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Sleep less. Sleeping too little can overwork your heart and can cause you to be more stressed. You can prevent heart disease by sleeping between seven and nine hours every night.

You can help accomplish this by skipping that afternoon cup of Joe. Stay plugged in. After a long day you may think that sitting on the couch in front of your television or with your phone in hand sounds great but it could be doing more harm than good!

It is impossible to escape stress when it is constantly with you. Plus, there is evidence that a single administration of antibiotics leads to long-term or even permanent damage to the healthy bacteria in your gut. Consequence may be intractable diarrhea. Modern life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. Having a cluttered living space can create stress, and following problems: increased anxiety, increased risk of allergies of skin and respiratory allergies, cause chronic fatigue syndrome.

Chronic stress starts causing damage to your health, your mood, your productivity, your relationships, and your quality of life. It disrupts every system in your body. It can raise blood pressure, suppress the immune system, increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, contribute to infertility, and speed up the aging process.

Improper or inadequate breathing by these persons can cause shortage of oxygen in the blood. It could very well be the starting point for the loss of the immune system and the beginning point of health problems like cancer, leukemia, AIDS, seizures, nerve deterioration and Candida. Initial symptoms may include weakness, fatigue, poor digestion, muscle aches and pains, dizziness, depression, memory loss, irrational behavior, irritability, acid stomach and bronchial complications.

When the immune system is compromised, the body is more susceptible to bacteria, viral and parasitic infections, colds and the flu. Lack of physical activity is a common cause of stress and decreases the ability to transfer oxygen from blood stream to your cells, and also decreases the number of power activating mitochondria.

A simple brisk walk of 30 minutes daily is a good routine for health preservation and promotion. A prospective study found that two or three walking sessions per week resulted in improved physical performance, improved body composition, and increased HDL cholesterol. Regular walking also helps control hypertension and slows the process of osteoporosis.
